Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine mainly used to wash penicillin vials, oral liquid bottles and ampoules. The ultrasonic cavitation, circulation water, WFI and compressed air device are set apart. It is one of the main equipment for new GMP technology requirements. Can be used for single or in production line. 

Feature

1. Circulating water, WFI and compressed air can apply to spraying needles which have has obtained national patent, to prevent cross contamination, circulating water can recycle and filter separately, save the energy and cost.
2. The cover can lift automatically, supply oil intensively, can relieve artificial work-load, decrease equipment fault rate, to make machine run steadily.
3. Auto sampling, tail bottle emptying function.
4. Equip with full digital differential pressure transmitter, monitor the water pressure, add ultrasonic intensity detector to make the whole washing process traceable, meet new GMP key parameter traceable demands.
5. Non-metal components are processed with imported polyformaldehyde.
